Samuel Rogan is chariman of the Division of Humanities and Fine Arts at Illinois Valley Community College. He received a Masters Degree in English from the University of Pittsburgh. With broad experience in the teaching of English, writing as well as literature, he has also made concentrated studies of John and Charles Wesley and of the cultural impact of Methodism in many areas of British and thence American life, ethical and musical as well as religious.
