Bernhard Lang is presently Professor of Religion at the University of Paderborn, Germany. Born in Stuttgart, he received doctorates in Theology from the Universities of Tubingen and Freiburg. He has also taught at Tubingen and Temple University. With particular interests in anthropology and Near Eastern cultures, Dr. Lang has published several books related to religion, including the prophetical books of the Old Testament and other monotheistic aspects of the Bible.
