The sacred text of this New Church, the Writings, is said to "surpass all miracles" (Inv. 39). In what way? We believe the Writings of the New Church are in fulfillment of this prophecy: "When He, the Spirit of truth, is come, He will lead you into all truth" (John 16:13); but how, exactly, are we led into "all truth?"
