This message considers the vision given to John of the woman clothed with the sun, the child who was born, and the great red dragon. We see in the woman and the child, a metaphor for the love and happiness that exists when people are living from the Lord in charity and faith. This type of life is always being challenged by forces that want to keep selfishness together with the love of having power over others and the love of possessions active in our hearts and minds.
