Although for some of us winter this year was not terribly hard, we can still rejoice with the warming weather of spring. In the Lord's promise to Noah after the flood, there was a promise that "While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, winter and summer, day and night, shall not cease." Why is this variation part of the Lord's plan?
